About the Practice:
The clinic is a dedicated Emergency Clinic providing emergency and Out of Hours services for veterinary practices in the Somerset Region. They provide Emergency and OOH services to member local veterinary practices for nights, weekends and bank holidays and is based in a RCVS accredited Hospital.
Based in the beautiful area of Somerset, they see a good variety of small animal cases including exotics and wildlife. They want colleagues to pursue their interests and so certificates and CPD are encouraged and funded. The team is amazing; they have routine socials, a great support network and most of all a sense of humour.
About the role:
You must be able to work in sole charge and confident with emergency procedures and surgeries. You will work with a night nurse; the phones will be managed until 11pm by a dedicated phone service (answered by vets remotely) to give you dedicated time for inpatient care and consults as needed.
A Part time or full-time position is available on a flexible rota.
