Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment is working with a progressive small animal practice in Meath seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Head Vet to lead their team.

The Role:
Lead and support a team of vets and nurses
Maintain and drive high clinical standards
Involvement in case management and surgery
Mentor and develop junior team members
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced small animal vet with strong clinical skills
Previous leadership experience (or ready to step up)
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Passion for high-quality patient care and clinical development
