An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director or Head Vet to lead a purpose-built small animal practice in Lancashire. This role would suit an existing Clinical Director, Head Vet or an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into leadership.
The Role
Starting as sole charge, supported by an experienced team of Registered Veterinary Nurses, a Patient Care Assistant, Receptionist and Practice Manager, you will lead the growth and development of the practice.

Set and maintain high clinical and quality improvement standards

Take ownership of the financial performance of the practice

Foster a positive, open and supportive team culture
The practice benefits from close collaboration and shared support with a nearby sister site, including leadership and clinical input.
