About the Clinic:
Located in the heart of Auckland, this busy clinic boasts:
Four consult rooms, separate dog & cat wards
Radiology room, sterile surgery theatre, dental theatre with dental x-ray
Full in-house diagnostics, including Zoetis AI Imagyst
Extended opening hours for flexible client care
Mon–Thu: 8am-8pm
Fri: 8am-6pm
Sat: 9am-4pm
Sun: 10am-4pm
About the Role:
As Clinic Coordinator & Lead Veterinary Nurse, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on practice. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily clinic operations and workflow
Managing schedules, rosters, and staff development
Leading team, vet, and nurse meetings
Maintaining stock control and equipment upkeep
Delivering high-quality nursing care and client support
About You:
3-5 years’ experience as a Senior or Lead Veterinary Nurse
Confident, organised, and team-oriented
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, adaptable approach to both nursing and leadership
