Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Degree: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent.

  • Licenses: State Veterinary Board License in good standing for Arizona, and active DEA license or eligibility.

  • Specialization: Board Certified Veterinary Criticalist or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
