A family-run 24/7 veterinary hospital in the Leeds area is looking for two part-time Veterinary Surgeons to join its growing team. With a thriving first-opinion caseload alongside emergency and advanced-level work, this is an opportunity to take cases further while working in a genuinely supportive environment.
The roles
There are two opportunities available, both offering fixed working patterns and flexibility:
Part-Time Vet – 21 hours per week
A mix of consulting, surgery and hospital inpatient work, plus 1 in 4 weekends.
Part-Time Consult-Only Vet – 22 hours per week
Two consulting shifts per week, with 30-minute sick-pet consultations, plus 1 in 4 weekends.
The team would particularly welcome someone with an interest or experience in ophthalmology or dermatology, with scope to develop these areas further.
The hospital
This is a modern, expanding 24-hour hospital offering gold-standard hospitalisation and emergency care. A recent expansion has created even more space for the growing team and enhanced the facilities available, including access to CT imaging.
You'll also have the support of certificate holders across Surgery, Medicine and Dentistry, alongside a clinical team that actively encourages collaboration, in-house learning and professional development.
