Age Limit for Australian Working Holiday VISA Raised to 35

Did you know, on the 1st July 2023 the age limit to work and live in Australia on the working holiday VISA was raised from 30 to 35 years old?

This is fantastic news for veterinarians over 30 years old, who are interested in pursuing a new role down under.

This change is part of the free trade agreement between the UK and Australia and will also mean it's easier for Australians to move to the UK.

The restrictions on the type of work permitted on the working holiday VISA is also due to be amended on 1st July 2024. Once these changes have been implemented, UK passport holders will no longer have to complete 88 days of agriculture work to stay in Australia.

So if you're a UK passport holder between 18 to 35 years old and you've been dreaming of a life in Australia, then this is a great time to go!
